Papakura Museum is a community Museum founded by members of the Papakura & Districts Historical Society (PDHS), which continues to function with the aid of Society volunteers and the support of the Auckland Council. It is home to a continually growing collection of photographs, objects and documents which tell the story of Papakura and surrounding Districts.

Ione Cussen is the Curator of Papakura Museum, and can be reached on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
